Mental Health Professional - Stepped Care Model
We are seeking skilled mental health professionals to join our team in a dynamic, integrated stepped care model of service delivery.
* Deliver quality client-centred mental health assessment, treatment, and/or case coordination services for individuals of all ages and complexity levels.
The successful candidate will possess high-level communication and connection skills, with the ability to work in a culturally sensitive and adaptable manner. A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional client outcomes is essential.
In addition to your salary, you will receive up to $15,900 salary sacrificing, annual leave loading of 17.5%, 5 weeks of annual leave, relocation assistance, and the opportunity to work in a supportive environment focused on team culture, work-life balance, and wellbeing.
