We’re hiring an Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director of Acquisitions and Operations.
This is not a traditional admin role.
You will protect executive time, keep property deals progressing, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

What You’ll Own
Executive Workflow & Inbox Control
* Manage daily inbox and correspondence
* Identify urgent and time-sensitive matters
* Draft replies for approval
* Prioritise emails by deals, operations, team and admin
* Ensure follow-ups happen quickly
Outcome: The Managing Director focuses only on what matters.
Deal & Acquisitions Support
* Liaise with selling agents, developers and consultants
* Track site opportunities and next actions
* Coordinate due diligence documentation
* Support offer preparation and negotiation workflow
* Maintain CRM and acquisitions pipeline tracker
Outcome: No site goes cold due to delay.
3. Project & Team Coordination
* Schedule meetings and key calls
* Prepare agendas and action lists
* Track deliverables across acquisitions, finance, design and operations
* Provide light project management support
* Keep internal projects moving
Outcome: The Managing Director is not the bottleneck.
You are:

* A sharp written communicator
* Able to anticipate needs, not just react
* Confident speaking with agents and senior stakeholders
Experience that transfers well:
* Real estate administration
* Development or property companies
* Acquisitions support
* Legal or conveyancing offices
* High-performing executive offices
