Job Description:

We are seeking a Strategic Account Director to own and grow a portfolio of Banking & Finance clients across Australia and New Zealand. This senior individual contributor role is focused on building deep strategic relationships, driving revenue growth, and delivering measurable client outcomes. As the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders, you will orchestrate internal resources to design and deliver tailored solutions that address complex client challenges and strengthen long-term partnerships.


What You Will Be Doing

* Develop and execute strategic account plans for your Banking & Finance portfolio, identifying growth opportunities and whitespace.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
* Collaborate with Product, Data & Analytics, and Solution Consulting teams to shape propositions that address client priorities.
* Lead executive-level conversations to position our business as a trusted partner.
* Own the full sales cycle: qualification, stakeholder mapping, proposals, negotiations, and contract closure.
* Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
* Partner with Customer Success to ensure adoption, satisfaction, and advocacy.
* Capture client feedback to drive continuous improvement and influence product roadmaps.


Job Qualifications

What You Will Bring:

* 10+ years in enterprise B2B sales with depth in Banking & Finance (ANZ preferred).
* Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder deals as an individual contributor.
* Executive presence, strategic mindset, and strong influencing skills.
* Commercial acumen and disciplined pipeline management.
* Familiarity with data, analytics, and platform solutions.
