About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and organised
Entry-Level / Associate Project Manager
to support the planning and execution of projects across various teams. This role is perfect for someone starting their project management career or transitioning from a related background. We offer a
remote-friendly
work environment with
part time or full-time
flexibility based on your availability.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with planning, coordination, and tracking of projects from start to finish
Support senior project managers and stakeholders with timelines, documentation, and reporting
Communicate project updates and assist with stakeholder engagement
Maintain project schedules, risk logs, and status reports
Help coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items
Work across departments to ensure deliverables stay on track
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (or in progress) in Business, IT, Communications, or related field
Strong communication and time-management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with tools like Jira, Asana, Trello is a bonus
Detail-oriented with a strong willingness to learn
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Based in Australia and able to work within AEST/AEDT business hours
Prior internship or admin/project coordination experience is a plus but not essential
