We are looking for a highly Motivated, Passionate and hardworking Senior Beauty Therapists to join our ever-growing Essential Beauty Mandurah team. Our team is dedicated to exceptional customer service and building up a large client base, and we are looking for the ideal team member to fill this role in our salons. We provide a professional, friendly and fun working environment with a dynamic team and ongoing training and support. We are looking for Therapists who have a passion for the industry, who are committed and who will help grow our business. All Essential Beauty staff receive continuous training and have the opportunity to grow with the company. We are looking for valuable team members to help build the business in salon. All team members support each other, manage their clients and provide a fantastic client experience. To be considered for this position you must be willing to learn piercing, if you haven\u2019t done so already.
Responsibilities
* Support each other, manage clients and provide a fantastic client experience.
* Contribute to building a large client base through exceptional service.
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
* Willingness to learn piercing if not previously trained.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Experience in intimate waxing, Laser and Piercings is an advantage.
* The ability to meet KPIs

* High standard of cleanliness and hygiene
* Pride in your work and personal presentation
* The ability to engage your clients
* The ability to learn quickly and grow
* More importantly, you must know how to conduct yourself as a professional.
