Job Description:
Catering assistants play a vital role in supporting the catering team. Key responsibilities include preparing and serving food, stocking shelves, cleaning duties, and beverage services.
Main Duties
* To deliver excellent customer care ensuring helpfulness, awareness, and compassion to patients, visitors, staff, and colleagues.
* Preparation of patient meal trays.
* Service of cold and hot food items with meal delivery to patients and customers.
* Cleaning duties within the kitchen and other associated areas in accordance with cleaning schedules to include equipment, work surfaces, crockery, and cutlery.
Good understanding of mathematics and English required. Candidate must have good communication skills and be able to communicate well with patients, staff, and visitors. Catering experience and a Food Safety Certificate are desirable but not essential.
