About This Role

The successful candidate will work as part of a small team within our 'Hub' Head Office, offering support to other internal departments who service our clients.

This role provides general administrative support, including but not limited to:

- Answering the main reception phone line and acting as the first point of contact for NCI.
- Actioning queries received, generally via email or other internal systems.
- Greeting visitors and couriers.
- Distributing mail, packing/unpacking the dishwasher, and performing basic photocopier maintenance.
- Other general office maintenance duties and projects as required.

We are ideally looking to fill this role on a permanent full-time basis (Monday to Friday, 7.5 hour shifts between 7.30am - 5.30pm). As an entry-level role, this is an excellent gateway opportunity to a fulfilling career at NCI, and many of our Administration Assistants have progressed through the company into different roles.

About You

Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:

- Accuracy, a can-do attitude, and attention to detail.
- The ability to communicate effectively and positively with different stakeholders.
- Confidence in a fast-paced environment and the ability to adapt well to change.
- Customer service experience (desirable).
- Experience in an office setting (desirable).
