About The Role
This is a temporary full‐time position until 30June**** located in the Northern Beaches. The position is responsible for the management, clinical oversight, continuous improvement and performance of GPH services delivered through the Northern Sydney Integrated Wellbeing Hub. You will provide leadership for services delivered across hub and outreach locations in Northern Beaches, Hornsby and Ryde. Services delivered by GPH as part of this initiative include Universal Aftercare (delivered by a peer workforce) and mental health supports in residential aged care facilities (delivered by a multi‐disciplinary clinical workforce). The role may also include other programs delivered by Grand Pacific Health in the Northern Sydney area.

Skills & Experience
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in a mental health discipline (e.g. psychology, mental health; social work, occupational therapy, nursing) or other relevant qualifications.
* Previous experience in mental health management roles.
* Demonstrated leadership experience of a multidisciplinary team including planning for and delivering on team objectives and deliverables, monitoring and developing team and individual performance.
* Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, communication, influencing and consultation skills to work effectively with all stakeholders and achieve positive outcomes
