Your primary goal will be to leave a lasting impression by delivering exceptional customer service and meeting their needs promptly and efficiently.An overview of the role: Provide a warm and friendly welcome, ensuring all customers and visitors feel valued and attended to.Offer assistance and guidance according to customer requests.Ensure that Front of House areas are well-maintained and report any issues to the appropriate channels.Provide guidance on local amenities and services.VIP Meet and Greet services, escorting customers and visitors to elevators and escalators.Handle inquiries received by telephone or email with enthusiasm and professionalism.Conduct building tours for new and existing customers.Promote retail tenancies and community engagement events through physical and digital mediums.Facilitate and lead community interest groups and building CX initiatives.Drive engagement with the WorkLife platform for new and existing customers.Review and manage WorkLife content, ensuring accurate and timely communication with tenants.Assist with the curation, development, and administration of hotel-style concierge and lifestyle services.Host and co-host community engagement events, including idea presentation, design, and execution.Collaborate with the client relationship manager to enhance the customer experience.Assist with customer data collection to support retention strategies.Manage concierge data sheets and administration duties for multiple buildings as required.Sound like you??
