The Perfect Fit
Proven success in improving student outcomes through high-impact teaching practices.
Experience leading curriculum planning and delivery within a faculty/department or equivalent leadership role.
Strong instructional leadership capability, including the ability to model, coach and develop teacher practice.
Deep understanding of assessment, moderation, and data-informed decision making.
Commitment to inclusive education and embedding socially just practices.
Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build positive staff, student and community relationships.
Understanding of departmental legislation, policy, compliance and safety obligations.
Capacity to manage resources (people, time, budget, facilities) effectively to meet departmental goals.
