Qualifications 
Experience in restaurant supervision/management 
Strong operational knowledge in all facets of hospitality 
Confidence in shift reporting and managing rosters 
Great presentation and time management skills 
A hands-on approach to staff training and development 
The ability to thrive in a high-volume setting while staying cool under pressure 
A positive, enthusiastic personality and team-first mindset
