 
        
        Payroll Officer Job Description
This is a highly specialized role that requires an individual with experience in payroll management to support our national workforce. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient and accurate processing of weekly and fortnightly payroll, as well as assisting in employee payroll function preparation and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Processing new starters into systems
 * Daily payroll audits
 * National weekly payroll run
 * Labour Hire employees setup for clocking in and out
 * End-to-end payrolls for fortnightly, weekly, and monthly pays, including overpayment recovery, superannuation, and leave management
 * Variations to pays and associated employee conditions and benefits
 * Workcover reimbursements
 * Filing and scanning employee documentation
 * Assisting in apprenticeship program rebates process
 * Responding and resolving national payroll queries and providing comprehensive support to stakeholders
Requirements:
 * Previous payroll experience
 * High attention to detail
 * Strong numerical skills
 * Knowledge of payroll processes, taxation, superannuation, and legislation
 * Honesty, integrity, privacy, and confidentiality
 * Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively within a team environment
