Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Lead High-Volume Recruitment: Manage and execute high-volume recruitment campaigns, ensuring the timely filling of roles across various levels and departments.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruitment professionals, setting clear goals and KPIs to ensure success in meeting hiring targets.
- Process Optimisation: Streamline recruitment processes to improve speed and efficiency, reducing time-to-hire while maintaining quality hires.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers, HR teams, and senior leadership to identify staffing needs and deliver recruitment solutions.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Use recruitment metrics and analytics to track performance, adjust strategies, and continuously improve hiring outcomes.
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven Experience in High-Volume Recruitment: 5+ years of experience managing large-scale recruitment projects in fast-paced environments.
- Team Management: Demonstrated success in managing and leading recruitment teams to meet high-performance targets.
- Expert in Recruitment Tools: Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, recruitment technologies, and sourcing strategies.
- Strong Organisational Skills: Ability to handle multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously, with a focus on efficiency and quality.
- Exceptional Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholders.
- Data Analysis: Experience in using data and metrics to drive recruitment decisions and optimise processes.
