**About the Role**

Your responsibilities as a Customer Service Specialist also includes:

- Explaining the benefits of Plan Management and NDIS requirements.
- Building sustainable relationships of trust through open and empathetic communication.
- Resolving problems by clarifying the customer's query; determining the cause of the problem, selecting, and explaining the best solution and following up to ensure resolution.
- Following communication procedures, guidelines and policies and procedures.
- Adhering to required call scripting, where necessary.

**About You**

**To be successful in this role you will need to have**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service
- High School Diploma
- Excellent verbal, written communication and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
- Great attention to detail
- Prior experience using Salesforce, or a similar CRM is desirable, but not essential
