About the Role
* Manage and drive subcontract implementation/administration and scope of works.
* Ensure head contract conditions are captured back-to-back in sub agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responsible for project head contract and subcontract management.
* Invoicing and progress claims in accordance with project bank account requirements.
* Assist in reviewing project timelines and performance against deliverables.
* Coordinate start-up items such as insurances, building approval plans, council permits, and dilapidation reports.
* Develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders.
