The Role
This is a newly created opportunity to join our team as a Receptionist/Junior Legal Assistant support the team with entry level administrative tasks on a day-to-day basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering high-level client experience over the phone and in person
* Maintaining calendars and diary appointments
* Drafting basic precedent letters
* Conveying relevant information to solicitor and other key parties
* Assisting with client requests
* Payment of invoices
* Adhoc administration
Skills/Experience
* High level written, verbal and interpersonal communication skill
* Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
* dedicated, hard-working and committed
* Technically savvy
* Exceptional client service and phone manner
* Great attention to detail
* Comfortable working in personal injury law
