What you'll own
1. Business Development (Building Rapport)
* Identify, engage, and close new customers and strategic partners
* Build and manage a high-quality pipeline (inbound + outbound)
* Lead demos, proposals, and commercial negotiations end-to-end
* Develop partnerships with key industry players to expand reach
* Work with marketing to sharpen lead gen and conversion
2. Customer Success (The Expansion)
* Own onboarding and activation—drive fast time-to-value
* Build strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders
* Increase product adoption, usage, and engagement
* Proactively manage accounts to reduce churn and grow revenue
* Be the voice of the customer—feed insights into product and strategy
What you bring
* 2+ years in SaaS sales, business development, or customer success
* A strong commercial mindset with real revenue ownership
* Proven ability to manage the full customer lifecycle
* Excellent communication—you can sell, influence, and build trust
* Comfortable in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
* Data-driven—you manage pipeline and performance with numbers, not guesswork
