Overview
Monger Tracker is looking for a motivated ICT Sales Representative to join our team in Abbotsford. In this role, you'll work closely with clients to understand their needs and recommend GPS tracking and telematics solutions that help improve fleet management, asset tracking, and day-to-day operations.
This is a hands-on role that combines client engagement, solution-based selling, and relationship building. You'll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, presenting our technology solutions to prospective clients, and supporting customers throughout the sales and implementation process.
Responsibilities
* Identifying and reaching out to potential business clients to introduce Monger Tracker's GPS tracking and telematics solutions.
* Meeting with existing and prospective clients to understand their operational needs and recommend suitable technology solutions.
* Demonstrating the features and benefits of our tracking systems and explaining how they can improve efficiency and visibility.
* Preparing quotes and sales proposals, negotiating pricing and service agreements, and finalising contracts.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and providing ongoing support where required.
* Coordinating delivery and installation of tracking devices and systems to ensure a smooth rollout for customers.
* Assisting with order coordination and inventory of tracking devices required for client installations.
* Monitoring customer satisfaction and following up to ensure systems are operating effectively.
* Keeping accurate records of sales activities and reporting on sales performance and market opportunities.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in business, management, marketing, information systems, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
* Experience in a sales role, ideally involving telematics, GPS tracking systems, or related technology solutions.
* Experience working with clients in the construction or fleet management industry is highly regarded.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to explain technical solutions to business clients.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate technology solutions.
* Strong organisational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
* Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
