**Requirements**:
This role will provide the opportunity to collaborate with the wider HR and Operational Delivery team across the APAC region. There is scope within this role to make a positive impact and drive organisational initiatives with varying projects available to contribute to.

This role provides support across Australia, so from to time travel to other cities will be required.

**Your skills and experience**
- 8-10 years within a Human Resource Business Partner role
- Have worked with a multinational/global company
- Experience in partnering with senior leadership teams
- Tertiary qualified in HR or related discipline

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support and manage annual review processes including salary & bonus reviews, performance & development processes
- Formulate partnerships across the business to deliver value added service to management and employees
- Work with the HR team to build and ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the function in its delivery of business advice
- Deliver on divisional people initiatives including aligning performance, capability and talent initiatives to the business strategy
- Develop and implement communication protocols and tools to enhance regular scheduled management communication to employees and mechanisms for employee feedback
- Provide managers with sound and timely advice on process, legal compliance and risk around solutions to people issues
- Manage grievances and advise employees regarding grievance or other employee related complaints as required
- Coach and counsel management and employees regarding employee relation issues, HR procedures, benefits and programs
- Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures and workforce planning
- Overall responsibility for delivery and facilitation of HSW Strategy across the business, adopting a leadership role in driving improvements and sharing best practice
- Support the WHS strategy by ensuring workplaces have effective OHS committees, with appropriate training and development of OHS representatives, and ensure compliance issues are communicated and actioned
