Our client is seeking an Experienced Site Manager for a newly secured project in Queanbeyan NSW.

Our client is a multi-award-winning commercial construction company operating in regional NSW for over 25 years. They deliver diverse commercial projects valued between $10M and $40M across Government, Commercial, and Local Council sectors, consistently earning a reputation for quality and reliability.

About the Role:
As a Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for day-to-day site operations, working closely with an experienced Project Manager. Key responsibilities include:
* Leading site teams and subcontractors to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
* Managing site operations, resources, and schedules.
* Ensuring compliance with Australian Building Codes, safety protocols, and quality standards.
* Supporting project reporting and budget management.
This opportunity is strictly site-based in Queanbeyan NSW. We welcome applications from:

About You:
* Proven experience managing commercial construction sites in Australia.
* Strong knowledge of Australian building codes, construction processes, and safety regulations.
* Relevant trade qualifications and practical 'boots on the ground' experience.
* Excellent leadership, team management, and organisational skills.
* Ability to oversee budgets, schedules, and multiple site tasks.
* Australian Citizenship and an unrestricted driver's license.
