Horizon Physiotherapy & Clinical Pilates has a 15 year history of providing high quality healthcare in the local community of Scarborough/Wembley Downs.
We seek a part time Senior Receptionist who is passionate about customer service, highly organised, experienced in managing admin team members and who will enthusiastically contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the practice.
You will enjoy working with a supportive, collaborative and friendly team of ten practitioners, a massage therapist and six admin staff.
The successful applicant must have relevant experience in a similar management/senior administration role and be capable of coping with the flow of a busy wait room and practice.
Responsibilities
Assisting with the daily management and smooth running of a busy Physio practice.
Support of Management and Admin staff, including task allocation, stock orders, reports and banking.
Liaise between practitioners, admin staff and the Directors.
Maintaining all office and administration procedures, including customer service and clinical support.
Assist with clinic marketing and management of social media platforms.
Provide occasional cover for sick and annual leave for your fellow admin team.
Qualifications
PracSuite Medical software experience or similar booking system
Knowledge of Third Party, DVA, Medicare and Hicaps claiming
Self-motivated with demonstrated initiative and attention to detail
Possess good communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritise efficiently
