About the role: Our client is seeking a compassionate, professional, and proactive Speech Pathologists to join their team. The successful candidate will provide client-centred therapy services, working collaboratively with clients, families, caregivers, and support coordinators to develop and implement strategic, outcome-driven interventions that promote independence and well-being. As a Speech Pathologist, you will: Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored therapy plans based on individual client goals and needs. Deliver high-quality therapy services in both clinic and home settings, ensuring flexible and responsive care. Collaborate effectively with clients, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to support coordinated care and optimal outcomes. Maintain detailed documentation and monitor client progress to ensure measurable results and continuous improvement. Stay informed of current research and best practices to apply innovative and evidence-based approaches.
