Responsibilities
* Ensure your store runs at an optimum level every day.
* Coach, mentor and motivate staff.
* Build a "success" culture through positive management.
* Know your numbers and what's needed to achieve them.
* Customer Experience Focused
* A role that's active and hands on and leading by example. 100% of your time is spent on the floor.
