We're on the lookout for a friendly, experienced and well-presented Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team at Lindenderry Red Hill by Lancemore. Set in the heart of the Mornington Peninsula wine country, this is a rare opportunity to work at one of Victoria's most stunning regional properties. We have part time, full time and casual opportunities available.
Whether you're helping guests with their luggage, checking them in with warmth and ease, or serving poolside drinks on a summer afternoon, you'll be creating memorable experiences every day. About The Role
Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, using their names wherever possibleHandle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accuratelyAssist with reservations and provide information on packages, availability, and local attractionsAnswer calls and emails in a friendly, helpful and timely mannerMaintain a clean and welcoming front desk areaAssist with poolside service, including tidying lounges and serving drinks as neededHandle guest payments and cash floats with accuracyCommunicate guest requests and issues to relevant departments promptlySupport a seamless handover across shifts to ensure continuity of serviceLive the Lindenderry culture by consistently going the extra mile for our guests
About You
Passionate about hospitality and exceptional guest serviceProfessional, reliable and a great communicatorFront Office or reservations experience in hotels is an advantageComfortable working a rotating roster including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidaysEnergetic and flexible, with a positive, can-do attitude
