As the Bid Manager & Business Development Coordinator, you'll be instrumental in propelling the company's growth. Your role involves overseeing the entire bid process, from conception to submission, and ensuring seamless coordination among different teams and sectors. Crafting and maintaining bid documents, templates, and collateral will be key to presenting consistent and professional proposals. You'll actively contribute to business development efforts by collaborating closely with the leadership team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Leading bid preparation and submission processes, collaborating closely with Senior Management and Associates to craft compelling proposals.
2. Managing the entire bid submission process, ensuring compliance with requirements and deadlines.
3. Interpreting client briefs, identifying relevant content, and coordinating inputs from various team members.
4. Ensuring timely completion and submission of well-crafted bids and proposals.
5. Updating collateral and maintaining bid response libraries.
6. Coordinating communication tasks to maintain brand consistency.
7. Assisting with tender interview preparation, including creating presentations.
8. Updating company website and social media channels with project and studio information.
9. Assisting in the production of marketing collateral for internal and external communications.
Skills & Qualifications:
10. 3-5 years of bid management experience.
11. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant fields.
12. Strong copywriting and proofreading skills.
13. Confident communicator with adaptability.
14. Experience in managing internal stakeholders and meetings.
15. Strong organizational and time management skills.
16. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Adobe InDesign, and CRM systems.
