Part-Time: 16–20 hours per week
We are looking for a capable, reliable, and detail-focused Bookkeeper / Office Administrator to join our team on-site.
This is a hands-on role supporting the financial and administrative side of the workshop — perfect for someone who takes pride in accuracy, is computer literate, and likes to keep things running smoothly.

About the Role
Working closely with the business owner and our remote bookkeeper, you will handle the day-to-day admin and financial tasks that keep the workshop organised.
This is not a reception or sales role — the focus is admin, bookkeeping support, and accurate data entry.

Key Duties
* Enter supplier invoices and maintain digital filing
* Prepare banking and weekly payment summaries
* Support accounts receivable (follow up overdue accounts)
* Support accounts payable (match invoices and EOM accounts)
* Bank reconciliation
* Maintain accurate financial records in CoStar
* Prepare weekly and monthly admin checklists
* Light phone support when the Service Advisor is already busy

* Proven admin or bookkeeping experience
* Strong computer literacy (CoStar experience highly desirable)
* Attention to detail and high accuracy
* Reliable, honest, and self-motivated
* Ability to follow processes and maintain confidentiality
* Someone who takes ownership and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves
