About the Role
As our Concierge, you'll be the heartbeat of our office – providing exceptional service to clients and invaluable admin support to our Sales and Property Management teams. Your work helps them do what they do best: connect with people and close deals.
What you'll be doing:
* Managing reception and inbound enquiries (calls, emails, walk‐ins) with warmth and professionalism
* Supporting compliance and backend processes to keep everything running smoothly
* Ensuring every client, colleague, and visitor feels supported and valued
* Ensuring the office space is immaculate, presentable and functional for client and team experience
* Mastering real estate systems, tools, and workflows (great experience if you're planning to progress!)

About You
* Passionate about real estate, customer experience and personal growth
* Exceptionally organized with strong admin and multitasking skills
* Confident managing reception and a high volume of calls or walk‐ins
* Positive, proactive and a strong communicator
* Tech‐savvy and eager to learn real estate systems and processes
* Holds a current driver's license and has reliable transport
* Previous experience in admin or customer service is ideal – but attitude and ambition are everything
