The Opportunity – 12-month contract
We're looking for a passionate and strategic Marketing Manager – Experience & Engagement to join our Retail Town Centre team within the Customer & Digital division. This role is pivotal in shaping the customer experience across our Destination Centres, driving engagement through innovative marketing campaigns that deliver commercial outcomes and strengthen community connections.
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you'll collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to design and implement campaigns, activations, and programs that elevate the Stockland brand and enhance the customer journey.
What You'll Do
* Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned to asset-level marketing plans and business objectives.
* Design and deliver multi-centre and local campaigns tailored to key customer segments and areas of opportunity.
* Manage agency relationships, including briefing and rollout of creative work.
* Integrate customer and retailer insights into marketing strategies and activations.
* Support PR strategy execution and contribute content for marketing communications.
* Assist in budget allocation, forecasting, and management of centre marketing and overhead budgets.
* Build strategic stakeholder relationships across assets and within local communities.
* Lead community relations initiatives including events and sponsorships.
* Identify and manage risks associated with marketing initiatives.
* Mentor and support Marketing Executives.

Experience & Skills That Count
* Experience within a property, real estate, hotel or entrepreneurial based environment
* Proven experience in traditional marketing management, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement.
* Strong understanding of customer insights, integrated communications, and campaign performance optimisation.
* Ability to diagnose customer pain points and implement strategic responses.
* Skilled in data analysis and insight sharing to inform decision-making.
