The Role
In this hybrid leadership position, you’ll split your time between client work (1-2 days per week) and strategic practice leadership (3 days per week).
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a multidisciplinary team of allied health clinicians, admin staff, and contractors
Oversee KPIs, budgets, and clinical performance
Drive growth via stakeholder and referrer relationships
Support hiring, onboarding, and day-to-day operations
Champion culture, innovation, and community engagement
Be present in the clinic 3+ days per week (flexible)
About You
Qualified OT or allied health clinician with 1+ years management or business operations experience
Current AHPRA or relevant registration and professional insurances
Minimum 2-3 years’ clinical experience, including leadership or supervisory experience
Passionate about leading teams, manage performance, and create a positive team culture
Strong understanding of business operations, compliance, and clinical governance
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Commitment to trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, person-centred care
Confident in stakeholder engagement and business development
Still enjoy client work but feel most lit up by leadership, strategy, and innovation
