Job Description
We are seeking an employment law specialist who either already sits at a partnership level or someone who sits at special counsel level and ready to take the next step up.
* Bring a minimum portable client base of $500K+
* Deliver strategic, practical advice to clients across a wide range of workplace matters
Key Responsibilities
* Unfair dismissal and general protections claims
* Enterprise bargaining and industrial disputes
* Workplace investigations and disciplinary processes
* Executive contracts, restraints, and employment agreements
* Discrimination, bullying, and harassment matters
* Restructures, redundancies, and compliance with workplace laws
* WHS and corporate support/transactional employment matters
Requirements
* Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical and drafting skills
* Critical, inquisitive mindset
* Team player who is willing to mentor junior lawyers
* Manage time efficiently and use initiative
* Proactive and able to prioritise effectively
* Communicate clearly and confidently with clients and colleagues
