Accounting and Financial Services:
We are seeking an experienced Financial Administrator to join our team. As a Financial Administrator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality accounting and financial services to support the organization's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Preparation and processing of fortnightly payroll.
* Accounts Receivable billing processes and debtors' control.
* Accounts Payable processing and timely payment of suppliers.
* Supporting Finance Manager to prepare financial reports.
* Assist and carry out assignments as directed by the Accountant and Executive Officer.
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, time management skills with the ability to produce accurate reports in a timely manner. You should also be able to work independently and as a member of a team. A Bachelor's degree in accounting or relevant experience in accounting is essential. Minimum of 2 years previous experience in a similar role is also required. Experience/Exposure in the Aged Care industry will be an added advantage. Australian Working Rights and Current Police Clearance are necessary.
