About The Opportunity Reporting to the Directors, you'll lead the NSW Service Division and play a key role in field operations and team leadership.
Key responsibilities include: Managing and supporting a team of HVAC/R technicians Scheduling service, maintenance, and installation jobs across NSW Providing hands-on technical guidance and troubleshooting Overseeing customer engagement and attending key site visits Monitoring performance metrics to drive efficiency and results About You To be successful in this role, you will bring: Strong technical knowledge of HVAC/R systems Previous experience managing a service or field operations team Excellent communication and leadership skills A practical understanding of compliance and safety standards Confidence working onsite and in an office-based leadership role What's in it for You?
