Ausdrill are seeking an experienced Operations Support Administrator to join the team in Canning Vale. Working Monday to Friday.
The Role:
Data entry of high-level operations information into relevant data base platforms
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow
Creating and submitting approved payroll including leave forms, ensuring correct data management and deadlines achieved
Maintain confidentiality of information and records
Detailed data management and filing
Facilitate the new starter process with inductions, site entry paperwork, flights, and accommodation
Raising and receipting of purchase orders
Assist with the maintenance and accurate upkeep of relevant databases, document management systems & registers

Relief reception as required
Other ad-hoc administrative duties as required
Significant experience within a fast-paced administration role
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Proven organisation skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
High attention to detail and solid numeracy skills
Strong communication and people skills, you are comfortable integrating into a diverse team and building strong relationships with your workmates
Self-motivated, high-energy, and consistently try your best at delivering quality outcomes
Ability to work extremely well under pressure.
Highly desirable to have Pronto experience but not essential
