The Medical Receptionist will be the primary point of contact for patients, referrers, and healthcare partners in a fast-paced medical environment. They will provide exceptional front-line service and be responsible for managing complex patient bookings, delivering top-tier patient care, handling inquiries from key stakeholders, communicating with medical professionals, and finalising billing tasks.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage patient bookings via inbound and outbound calls
* Deliver patient care, including registration, scheduling, and addressing queries
* Handle inquiries from stakeholders, including referrers
* Communicate with medical professionals and assist with results and admin duties
* Finalise billing and other essential support tasks
About the Role
This full-time role operates Monday to Friday with shifts between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
