About the Role This role sits at the centre of project delivery, supporting Project Managers across multiple concurrent digital signage rollouts. You'll coordinate people, timelines, and logistics to keep projects moving smoothly. It's ideal for someone who enjoys structure, variety, and building a career in project delivery. You'll gain exposure to end-to-end delivery of digital signage projects while working closely with internal teams and external partners. Key Responsibilities Manage project timelines and track milestones across digital rollouts Coordinate delivery of digital and hardware-based project activities Act as the day-to-day contact across teams, clients, and suppliers Maintain accurate project records across systems and platforms Support site readiness by coordinating surveys and technical inputs Raise orders and track delivery of equipment and digital assets Schedule technicians and partners for installations and deployments Assist with onboarding, including content setup and system support Track scope, timeline, and budget changes for approval Prepare project updates and maintain reporting dashboards Support project close-out, including handover and documentation Skills and Experience Required: Minimum 2 years' experience in AV/digital signage project coordination, delivery, or operations. Ability to manage multiple projects or multi-site rollouts Strong organisation skills with high attention to detail Confident communicator with clients and stakeholders Experience using tools such as Asana, HubSpot, or similar systems Understanding of budgets, purchase orders, or invoicing support
