Marketing Director - Casino & CRM
About the role:
* We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to lead our casino and CRM efforts, driving continuous growth in contribution across the business.
Key responsibilities:
* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for casino and CRM initiatives.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute promotional events and campaign calendars.
* Lead the design and development of lifecycle campaigns and optimisation across Gaming, F&B, and Hotel.
* Manage the loyalty communications process, ensuring accurate, effective, and timely delivery of targeted schedule of member communications and offers.

* Extensive marketing experience within a gaming or similar organisation, coupled with a natural leadership style that embodies strategic thinking, project management, and innovation.
* Excellent ability to produce end-to-end customer promotions in a fast-paced environment.
