Role Overview
The Administration Officer will be a valued member of the Clinical Safety & Quality Unit, providing administrative support to the CSQ Director and team members. The role ensures that core functions, systems, and processes operate efficiently and in accordance with AWH policies, procedures, and local standard operating procedures.
Candidate Requirements
* Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team environment, contributing positively to team operations and relationships
* Practical knowledge of administration tasks in a health environment, including highly developed keyboard/data entry skills, experience with Microsoft Office Suite, and a thorough understanding of accuracy and attention to detail
* Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Confidence in dealing with the public, providing high-quality customer service, and effective communication
* Adaptability to change and a commitment to quality improvement, exploring new ways of working with technological and service delivery developments
* Ability to prioritize a busy workload and meet deadlines
* Self-motivation and ability to work independently
