This role sits within the Finance team, involving the preparation of the budget and strategic analysis for development projects in alignment with corporate goals. You will conduct feasibility analysis of property developments, review value-add opportunities and assist with strategy and analysis as well as reporting.
- You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders and conduct research and market analysis. Supporting the development and finance teams, you will assist in analysis of opportunities, take part of contract negotiations and evaluations. This is a fast paced environment where your input will assist in the delivery of a strong pipeline of exciting developments.**Experience required**:
- 2-3 years experience
- Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, business or property (or similar)
- Financial modelling experience, Excel or Estate Master
- Property or construction experience advantageous
- Excellent communication skills
