Infrastructure Engineers implement, manage and retire the infrastructure (including physical, virtual, networking and cloud infrastructure) that supports digital services. The Microsoft 365 Engineer will be responsible for the design, implementation, management, and optimisation of specific services in a Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring seamless integration and efficient operation of all related services. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues.
Role Responsibilities
* Implementing and maintaining the reliability and performance of Microsoft 365 services with a specific focus on integration skills across Azure, Entra ID, Graph API, Purview, Power BI and Copilot
* Operating and maintaining the environment in compliance with security, organisational and government policies
* Developing and maintaining documentation including system configurations, procedures, and user guides
About You:
* Strong knowledge and experience implementing the Microsoft 365 product suite (Azure, Entra ID, Graph API, Purview, Power BI and Copilot) in a complex ICT environment integrated with a significant on-premises landscape
* Strong skills in integration across platforms and services, particularly automation and scripting across the M365 and on-premises landscape to ensure seamless user experience and system operation for a large enterprise. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Minimum 5 years managing enterprise Microsoft environments and 3 years of experience managing Microsoft 365 environments
* Relevant Microsoft certifications in Azure, Entra ID, Graph API, Purview, Power BI and Copilot
