We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our Programs of Excellence in Instrumental Music, Music, Dance, and Drama.
This leadership position requires an individual with exceptional skill in building staff capacity and fostering co-curricular learning opportunities, particularly within the Instrumental Music Programme.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with industry professionals, external stakeholders, and primary schools.
About the Role
* Program Management:
* Lead the Instrumental Music Programme and develop a student-focused vision for the Programs of Excellence in Music, Dance, and Drama.
Key Responsibilities:
* Innovate opportunities for students to learn and perform through the Programs of Excellence and co-curricular offerings.
* Develop and enrich relationships with industry professionals, external stakeholders, and primary schools.
Requirements:
* A comprehensive resume including contact details for 2 professional references.
* A 2-page written statement detailing your approach to leading the Instrumental Music Programme and enhancing its impact.
