Become part of the vibrant team at House of Roast, an energy focused coffee venue in the Hunter region. Due to a current store opening we are looking for casual roles at our Rutherford venue. You will be empowered and encouraged to create exceptional coffee experiences for our customers. What you will be doing
Preparing and serving a variety of espresso-based drinks and other beverages to the highest standard
Maintaining a clean, organised and invited workspace
Engaging with customers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner, providing excellent customer service
Assisting with inventory management and stock rotation
Adhere to WHS and hygiene protocols
Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient, seamless operations for the crew and customers
What we are looking for
Barista with strong experience and the ability to prepare consistently high-quality products in a high-volume environment
A customer first mindset with strong customer service skills and a passion for creating outstanding customer experience
Awesome time management and multitasking abilities to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Weekday and Weekend availability is required
