Job Description
An ongoing casual role is available within a Brisbane company, with the opportunity to progress to full-time employment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and support services to the Manager, including routine correspondence, meeting coordination, and record-keeping.
A key focus of this role is to maintain accurate information flow and inform decision-making through the preparation of documentation and correspondence.
Additional responsibilities include responding to enquiries, escalating issues as required, and updating records and databases in line with organisational requirements.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates should have experience in providing high-quality, customer-focused administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
A well-presented individual with strong communication skills is required, able to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and prioritise tasks accordingly.
Candidates must also have experience using time and attendance systems, such as Kronos, and be able to work in an office-based environment without remote work options.
