About the Chance
As Lucas Collective continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Head Pastry Chef to join our team. Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will lead the pastry kitchen, overseeing daily operations while driving creativity, consistency and excellence across all pastry offerings. You will play a key role in menu development, cost control and team leadership, ensuring the highest standards are maintained at all times.
This is a hands‐on leadership role suited to a passionate and driven pastry qualified who thrives in a rapid‐paced, premium dining environment.
The Ideal Candidate Must Have
* Experience as a Pastry Sous Chef or Senior Sous chef in an a‐la‐carte restaurant
* Display creativity and a passion for all things pastry
* Exemplary leadership skills with focus on staff development
* Highly developed interpersonal skills with proven ability to build effective relationships
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Adaptability to change
* Solution focused and possess initiative
