The Opportunity
You'll join a top-tier finance team in a varied, high-impact role with real growth potential. This isn't a narrow reporting job. You'll gain exposure across:
* Group reporting
* Fund accounting and investor reporting
* Financial analysis and forecasting
* Development and JV structures
* Operational finance across multiple entities
Working closely with the Financial Controller, you'll support both the group and investment funds while helping shape scalable processes in a fast-moving environment.

About You
* CA or CPA qualified
* Real estate exposure (commercial or audit)
* Strong understanding of IFRS and AASB standards
* Advanced Excel skills
* Comfortable working across multiple entities and stakeholders
