What You'll Do
* Deliver personalised, evidence-based in-home physiotherapy services for older adults.
* Facilitate group exercise and healthy lifestyle programs to promote strength, balance, and overall wellness.
* Help clients achieve their personal goals and overcome barriers with tailored care.
What We're Looking For
* A registered Physiotherapist (AHPRA) who thrives in a community care setting.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Comfort using technology, including MS Office and client management software.
* A valid driver's license and a willingness to travel.
