A critical role in our digital strategy.
* Design, configure, and maintain SharePoint Online site collections, metadata structures, templates, and governance frameworks to ensure seamless digital experience.
* Implement tenancy-level policies, data loss prevention rules, and security configurations using Microsoft Purview for robust information management.
* Create automated document workflows and approval processes using Power Automate and Power Apps for streamlined operations.
* Migrate data accurately using tools such as ShareGate and Migration Manager while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
* Collaborate with infrastructure, identity, and cybersecurity teams to integrate SharePoint within the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
* Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles to support transition and operations for improved efficiency.
About You:
* 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and building SharePoint Online solutions in complex enterprise environments.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Purview, data classification, and retention/disposition policies for effective information governance.
* Skilled in Power Automate and Power Apps for workflow automation and business process optimization.
* Experience with data migration tools (ShareGate, Migration Manager) and Azure DevOps for efficient project delivery.
* Understanding of PROV and government information management standards for compliant data handling.
* Excellent communication and documentation skills for effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.
