As a Healthcare Operations Manager at DaVita, you'll lead an outpatient clinic, directly impacting patient care as the trusted front‐line leader. Health‐care experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities

* Manage the clinic's complete operation and performance – budgeting, forecasting, vendor relationships, supplies, and compliance.

* Collaborate with the Regional Operations Director to address employee and patient concerns and drive toward regional goals and standards.

Qualifications
* Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in related area strongly preferred.
* Minimum of one year experience in management (health‐care, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience (nurse, dietitian, social worker, LPN, etc.) as determined by the Divisional Vice President and/or Regional Operations Director.
* Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by state of employment.
* Current CPR certification (or required within 60 days of hire).
* Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
* Strong collaboration skills – success in this role depends on working with clinical and financial teams.
Benefits & Compensation
Salary range: $90,500 – $144,000 per year. Compensation depends on qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
