The Role
We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of a growing desk, specialising in placing non-qualified finance and accounting professionals roles. This desk will specialize in roles from assistant accountants to manager-level positions within the broad FMCG and consumer sectors.

Responsibilities
* Proactively engage in business development to identify and acquire new business, as well as maintain relationships with existing clients.
* Cold calling clients and selling Randstad's services
* 360 end to end recruitment on a dual desk
* Build and nurture lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.
About you
* You are an experienced recruiter with a strong sense of urgency and a resilient attitude.
* You have an accounting or finance background preferably, but recruiters from other verticals are strongly encouraged to apply.
* You're a strong business development professional who excels at building rapport and trust.
* You are self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* You have exceptional interpersonal skills and align with a collaborative, team-oriented culture.
