About the Opportunity
We is seeking a friendly, capable, and hands-on Park Management Couple to lead the day-to-day operations of our beautifully located Magnolia Village Hervey Bay.
Just 700 metres from the Beach, this is an exciting chance to enjoy coastal living while joining a supportive, family-owned company whist being in a wonderful part of the world.
We are looking for a positive, proactive couple committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences. Typically, one partner will be office-focused and the other will specialise in grounds, maintenance, and handy-person tasks.
These are hands-on roles where you will work together to lead Park operations when the work is required. Being a permanent park this does allow for selective downtime and is not overrun with check in/check outs together with being an over 55's children are also limited around the village. Currently the park is being run by the owner (1 man in his 30's) & and only recently employed 1 staff doing the maintenance/gardening. The office is currently open for 3 hours per day, together with limited weekend work required.
Key ResponsibilitiesPark Operations & Guest Service
* Overseeing day-to-day Park operations, including guest services
* Performing groundskeeping and maintenance tasks: mowing, gardening, basic repairs
* Managing the front office: guest check-ins/outs, handling reservations, emails, phones, and shop sales
* Night patrols
* Handling end-of-month reporting and basic financial management
* Assisting with cleaning and laundry
Grounds & Maintenance
* Mowing, gardening, snipping and taking rubbish to the dump
* Painting, maintenance repairs, and general handy-person tasks
* Empty bins, stripping rooms, and other operational tasks
Cleaning & Housekeeping (as needed)
* Cleaning cabins (only 8 holiday units) and amenities
* Laundry and linen
What You'll Bring
* Outstanding customer service and communication skills
* One partner confident with office systems (RMS experience highly regarded)
* One partner with strong grounds, maintenance, and practical problem-solving ability
* Physically fit and ready for hands-on work
* A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to take direction
* Good business understanding and computer literacy
* Prior caravan park experience is highly regarded, but not essential if you meet other criteria
Requirements
* Current National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain)
* Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to complete prior to commencement)
* Driver's licence (required for the Grounds role)

Pay: $64,606.72 – $80,000.00 per year
