About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Cruise Product Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Product Manager and assisting with the set-up, maintenance, and management of all rates and products.
Responsibilities:
• Provide support to the Product Manager
• Assist with the set-up, maintenance, and management of all rates and products
• Work closely with Sales team to deliver key product information to consultants, along with handling troubleshoots
• Work closely with external partners including but not limited to hotel suppliers, channel managers, tour operators
• Ensure that all packages are correct and current on all applicable websites
• Conduct rates analysis on a frequent basis
• Assist with researching products, tours, and attractions to include or upsell
• Perform weekly checks of rates and inventory on advertised products
Requirements:
• At least 12 months' experience in retail or wholesale travel
• Strong knowledge of cruise products and markets
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
